Ivermectin Case Against FDA & HHS in Appellate Court

The Food and Drug Administration and Department of Health and Human Services is being sued by a group of doctors for preventing the off-label use of Ivermectin to treat the symptoms of COVID 19. The red-headed stepchild of Covid treatments is in the process of getting its day in court, thanks to a group of doctors who filed suit in June 2022, and now have an appeal before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

When Ivermectin started to show promise in treating Covid, prescriptions suddenly shot up in the U.S., and the CDC and FDA, aided by their acolytes in the press, set about defaming the inexpensive, readily available treatment as “horse dewormer”.

Since it was not the “officially approved” treatment for Covid, and the entire country had seemingly stopped thinking for themselves, it became the butt of late-night comedian’s jokes, and fodder for bubble-dwelling pundits. Meanwhile, in the real world, it was impossible to get a prescription, and more impossible still to get it filled.

In fact, there is current evidence that Ivermectin is still being refused to some patients, who have valid prescriptions, based merely on biased recommendations, not science.

Ivermectin has been approved for use in humans since 1986, and is downright affordable, compared to the millions our government has spent on unnecessary vaccines.

How many lives were irrevocably harmed or ended because the doctors of this country and the pharmacies that fill the prescriptions they write do not know how the law works?
