Judge Deals Blow To Liberal Acolyte Jack Smith

In a much-needed win for the truth, the judge appointed to oversee Trump’s document case has made sound legal decisions that have readily dire effects on the slippery inner workings of Jack Smith’s “special counsel”.

From justthenews.com: A federal judge dealt several blows Monday to Special Counsel Jack Smith’s prosecution of former President Donald Trump for his alleged mishandling of classified documents.

Judge Cannon, whose mother fled communist Cuba, just slammed DOJ for admitting Jack Smith is still using a DC grand jury to investigate alleged crimes that happened in FLA and refused (again) to seal govt motions.

U.S. Judge Aileen Cannon, a Trump appointee, denied the Justice Department’s request to keep fillings sealed in the case and she removed two from the record.

She also asked for prosecutors to provide additional information about the continuing use of an out-of-state jury in the case.

The special counsel asked for some materials in the case to be sealed from the public, but Cannon wrote in her brief that the agency’s arguments “fail to satisfy the burden of establishing a sufficient legal or factual basis to warrant sealing.”

Trump pleaded not guilty to 37 criminal charges in the case. Smith brought additional charges in a supersceding indictment against Trump last month.
